Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. Riversyde has been my repair shop since the mid 1980s. I still rely on their high level of service and their willingness to cater to customers needs whenever possible. Their mechanics are top notch and their prices are more than fair. Yes, even for single women, who are quite often targeted by less scrupulous repair shops! Keep up the good work, Riversyde. Kamloops needs more like you.

I bought a bug deflector, thinking I would Install it myself. Got home and realized these new trucks are not like trucks from the "old days". Called Matt and he had me come back to the shop and they installed it at no charge.. Good job fellas!

I went to the south calgary store first and had a Leer topper installed. They did a great job and even connected me with their north location (BYRON) at the last minute for a rushed part that I neede. BYRON waited for me before they closed for the day.

Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price.
