I can’t say enough about the overall experience I had with Allwest animal hospital. I was searching for a hospital that could perform a TPLO on my dog. Not only were they substantially more affordable than other clinics, but their care and genuine concern for my dog was outstanding. Surgical nurse Rhian is a rockstar!! Treated my dog just like he was her own. She put all my worries at ease. Truly loves her job which all I could ever want in a caregiver for my pet.

I have always received fantastic service from this clinic. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And today was no exception. We had our special needs, senior dog put to sleep tonight and the service was just so good I felt like I needed to share my experience. Every aspect of the appointment was exceptional. After being disappointed with my other vets office of 25 years and a new owner . I transferred over to Dr Sharma and wow am i glad i did as my first vet said prepare for my two seniors to be put down very soon as that was my next step , but Dr Sharma actually diagnosed the ailments each of my dog has and now with a diagnosis and medication for both dogs they now might live a bit longer. I am so glad i made the switch to Thunderbird animal hospital. They really are fantastic.

Wonderful clinic. The staff made sure my kids knew their kitty was coming home as they were in tears when we left her to be spayed. Totally worth the drive out from Abbotsford and we will definitely be going to this clinic from now on. Super knowledgeable, amazingly friendly and patient and took time to explain everything before and affer.

Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable. The veterinary assistants and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would easily recommend Valley Veterinary services to anyone who cares about their animals!
