Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this store.

These guys had to deliver bad news to me. The repairs we worked on didn’t solve the problem and the real problem was much bigger and more costly than I could afford. We walked through solutions together and came up something that was workable. Made a difficult situation manageable.

I brought my 2009 Cadillac STS here when I was involved in an accident. The work done on my car I have to saw was flawless. I've heard nightmare stories of people going to other body shops in the city and being over charged and the damages that were supposed to be fixed would show through such as paint bubbling or peeling etc. So far I've had no issues, the service was amazing, and the prices fair. I was relieved when I came here for an estimate to find out I wasn't going to be gouged like other body shops do. One happy customer! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

My car broke down last minute and they found me a great affordable car within minutes. We told them our budget and there wasn’t much wiggle room and they stuck to their word (and to the penny!) They made me feel like a priority not a dollar sign. They broke down the prices to me and explained it thoroughly. That made me feel comfortable making a decision with them. Can not say enough how wonderful this garage is. The mechanics, Laura at the front desk all amazing. They care about their work and they care about their customers, & they do it with a genuine smile. G & T Auto agreed to look at my car as soon as I could get there, because I was afraid it was overheating. I work nearby but live in the county (40 minute drive home with a possibly overheating car - yikes!). They checked for leaks, malfunctions, blockages and thermometers that might be failing - everything looked okay. To top it off, they said "no charge" - they were happy to help me out and take a look. I am very thankful and recommend this business. And I drove home with no problems.
