I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

Good guys they helped me out a lot insurance wanted me to pay and they would send me a cheque he waited and took the money right from the insurance company leaving me with one less worry. Just make sure you fill the tank or its 20 bucks a quarter tank for a small vehicle but still better then anywhere else. Will definitely go back

This is the first place I take my car for everything. Great, prompt, friendly service, always priced fairly. Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty.
