After a nightmarish experience with another Ford dealership the team at Aurora Ford Sales were extremely professional and helpful with my family and me to get us into a vehicle that suited our needs. Dustin, Jesse, Lacie and Lance all put in the extra effort to make sure that we got what we needed and worked hard to get us out of the unfortunate situation another dealership put us into. Hi, this email is commend an employee at your Yellowknife store whose name is Wanda. We were vacationing in Yellowknife and while leaving on Sunday August 6 we had a flat tire. After changing the tire we went to Canadian Tire get it repaired but the auto area was not open. An employee named Wanda phoned another mechanic and arranged for us to go to his home where he repaired the tire and we were on our way. Thanks very much for such great customer service.

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!
