First Stop Swap Shop purchases made our children's Christmas very special. Top brand television and a gaming system computer were possible thanks to the stores reasonable prices.I will always check here first for any further purchases. We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.

Although this location is not close to my home, I just would not go to any other location. When I come through the door I always feel welcome by the staff. If I have questions they always have good answers. Today, I need to order something over the phone and wait for it to come in, but it is worth the wait. At least I did not have to drive all the way to the store just to place my order. Love my Rizvi's Home Hardware store and the staff. Thanks guys.

These guys were awesome! Came in late last friday with a blown brake line. The staff stayed late to get me done and charged me less than i thought! Would highly recommend to anyone, thanks Toolbox!

Staff was great. Manager helped us with flooring and when there were no samples of the one I wanted, she opened a new box and gave me a plank to take home! Only complaint:aisles have too much stuff in them so manoeuvring carts around is hard and noise is way too high level, mostly staff doing shelves yelling to each other.
