I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Recently rented a bus from L&L Shuttle and Charter Service, Brantford and the service from start to finish was exceptional. Booking was easy and they were extremely accommodating. The service Brentwood provided on our wedding day was way above any expectations I had. From the moment the limo pulled up and I noticed your very generous upgrade, to the outstanding service provided by Mark it could not have went better. Unfortunately it poured rain on our special day and Brentwood was at my side with an umbrella all day. Mark, our driver also did the last minute fluffing of my dress to make sure it was perfect before I walked down the aisle. Thank you again from Dan and I, it was a day we will never forget, and a service we will tell all of our friends about!
