I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I have been going to many hair stylists for many years and have been so greatful to have found kate. She is gifted with the ability to make your hair look great. She has a great personality and makes you feel really comfortable in her home. I always leave feeling relaxed and confident in her work. She is an outstanding stylist and a wonderful person to know. I have been 2000-Travel loyal customer for years and have never regretted of my choice. Everything very well organized with no waste of time or nerves, at reasonable prices. But the most important is their knowledgeable guides (Yelena and Volodya). If you want to fall in love with Canada and namely, British Columbia, do not hesitat buy a trip from 2000 Travel. I have brightest memories of our group tours to Okanagan, Toffino, Harrison Hot Springs, and especially ROCKY MOUNTAINS (what a treat!).

We reserved the largest boat which is much nicer than the others.
We reserved it for three hours and made our way up the Indian Arm (gorgeous beyond words).
Its a great way to see Vancouver's coatline.
