I stayed at lakeview homes this past summer with my family. We have 5 kids, plus my parents and a visiting nefew! The house was perfect for us, spacious for all the kids, (and even a ping pong table!) clean and such amazing view! We had such a blast going into the backyard for early morning kayaking before heading out for the day, and usually again when we came home. IT was such a special trip, and being on the lake really added to
our vacation. My kids still talk about it months later- we hope

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

Loved every moment of 1 month stay. Incredible view from balcony. Awesome establishment and grounds, hard to be beat. Steve and Carolyn have loads of info to enhance your travels in the area and beyond. Delicious food provided, and the rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Lori takes the stress out of booking a holiday. So many times I've wished I did my research before I go and now I leave that to Lori.
She understood straight away what kind of holiday we wanted to book and matches the hotel to your needs. She also went that extra mile to make sure everyone in my party was catered for (wheelchair assistance throughout the journey etc). I changed details a few times too and it was no trouble for her to help us.
The price was good too, shop local, travel happy!

Big Shout out to Cody and Paul who did a fantastic job of excavating an area of our property that was devastated by last Decembers storm. Not only did they clear, flatten, add six inches of top soil, back bladed our very long drive way they pulled out eight dead cedar trees in a few hours. Great team, fast, friendly, affordable. Thanks so very much guys. We highly recommend them for any of your excavating & trucking needs.
