Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with.
Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.

The pruning and thinning service I received was fantastic. My trees look healthier and more balanced now. The crew took their time shaping everything properly instead of rushing through it. They even gave helpful advice on maintenance. You can tell they genuinely care about their work. I’m very happy with the results and will be calling them again for future needs.

What an excellent clinic. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming and Dr. Randall Warnock was amazing at gaining the trust of my 2 dachshunds. I appreciate the primary focus was on my dogs. Thanks again for a job well done!

Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

I will never, and I mean NEVER, get a brazilian by anyone else! She is so fast yet efficient. She gets every hair (seriously, she is like a waxing wizard) and she always makes sure I am comfortable...given the circumstances ;)
I had to use 2 other estheticians recently because of scheduling conflicts, and they simply do not compare. They took almost triple the time, left hair behind, and a ton of breakage. When Audra says she is the Queen of Brazilians, everybody better bow down!

Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. He is definitely our only go to guy for any HVAC issues. Deb & Bill Armit

I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. I had a huge birch tree that needed a serious pruning. I called up Jason from Skyhigh Tree services. I explained my situation and even sent pictures of my tree via email. Jason took on the job. I live in Fraser Lake, approximately a two hour drive from Prince George. He was willing to travel to help me out. Jason was very professional.
