They are hard workers and leave everything looking perfect. After care, fertilizing and mulching is always done in a timely manner and with great care. Rob is brilliant! Dr Moore is friendly and personable. I had all of my questions answered and did not feel that I was being rushed through. His staff are all friendly too. He also has strict Covid protocols in place, so you feel safe having an eye exam.

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. I have been using Ruffsport for over 3 years. Heather and her facilities are absolutely amazing. Her love and care for our dogs is beyond believable.
