The Capilano Suspension Bridge is great family fun. The central part of this attraction is of course the bridge itself. 80 metres above the Capilano River it is often gut-check time to head out on the bridge and take a look over the side as it sways with the other visitors or, worse, the breeze. There isn't much to worry about but it is an exhilarating experience nonetheless. Beyond the bridge there is another equally exhilarating experience in the Treetops Adventure. Picture being high above the forest floor and going from tree to tree on a series of suspension bridges and getting to rest on platforms attached to the trees. Very cool. They have a great gift shop and lots of opportunities to learn about the history of the bridge and the first nations history in the area. A great deal for local residents too is that you can buy an unlimited membership good for a year for the same price as regular admission.

I brought in my old jalopy of a leaf blower/sucker with a broken pull cord. Daria and Tyler helped me get going again and found me some gently used parts at a fraction of the price compared to new instead of pushing for a new sale and were super friendly and knowledgeable while doing so. Instead of waiting 4 weeks they had me off and running in less than an hour. Common sense. Common decency. What a change from the rest of society lately. I wish I had a 6 star rating available.

Richard's restoration work is fantastic. Antique tools, antique methods, antique paper used in restoration. I have used him many times for my 16th and 17th century books. If you want quick turn around times, he is not your man. But if you want quality, historically sensitive, rebinding of exceptional quality all at very reasonable prices - visit him.

Hats off to Barclay Restorations!!! The management team went over and above, for even the smallest parts of my claim. I knew it wasn't an easy process for me, but I do believe that if there wasn't great leadership where needed, it could have been worse. And my restoration was by far a mind easing experience, from start to finish. Thx Barclay and their Management Team and to all those who were involved!!

FVTS did a fantastic job with the work on our property. Their team was professional, efficient, and left everything tidy. They trimmed a large maple tree away from the roof with care, removed a ginkgo tree and cut the stump as low as possible, trimmed several cedars, and pruned a cherry tree to allow more light into the garden beds. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend Fraser Valley Tree Service to anyone looking for quality tree care.

Kuldip and his crew did a great job of remaking our very challenging hillside yard, replacing retaining walls, the fence and building raised flower beds and a gate and arbor. They were hardworking, patient and professional and came up with some excellent solutions to some tricky problems. They were unfazed by rain and wind and powered through our job much more quickly than we expected.
