My Mother and I wanted our front lawn restored and they did it. I'm so impressed by the landscaping and it's already sprouting grass after only 6 days. They really listened to what I was after. Job was completed in a professional and timely matter with excellent results. All aspects of the job was explained to the customer, so that I totally understood what would be involved to correct the problem at hand. Also, a second job was completed part way through and both companies worked back to back, so that both jobs were completed without any delay to the customer. I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!

When my dad had a stroke and my mother was not able to live alone I reached out to Home Instead from my home in Florida and they had 24/7 care in place for my mother by 8:30pm that evening (and it was a holiday weekend). Five big trees were into the power lines; but it was no problem; he is very professional and extremely good at what he does. This company is also covered by WCB and I would not hire anyone who does not have that coverage.
