The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.

I have been taking my cars for over 25 years to Tower. Bill and John are outstanding mechanics and on top of that run an honest business. They carefully explain what needs to be repaired and if it is not necessary or can wait three months they tell you upfront. I highly recommend Tower as a business with integrity

Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .
