Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. I’ve been dealing with this easy home location now for the past 4 years. The staff has been excellent and are extremely knowledgeable in the products they sell.
