Mike and his team have done work for us on two occasions now. Once to renovate/re-sod our front yard (2019) and build a deck (2020). Both occasions the work was of excellent quality, the team worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use them again.

Recommended by a friend as someone who does quality work, Andrew and the folks are so much more than just great craftsmanship. From our first meetings and estimates on costs to him handing over the keys to our new home. IDL was personable, well spoken, friendly and kept us informed. My wife and I can be demanding and he was more than obliging to all our requests and able to keep them on budget. Any small issues with subcontractors he dealt with swiftly and professionally. A totally positive experience for us, especially considering all the horror stories most people tell about their contractors. I'll be having them back to do any more projects I have and encourage everyone building a home or doing any project, looking for prompt professional, neat, tidy, friendly, transparent service that sticks to budget to contact IDL right away!

We hired Sheldon and his family to move our mini home from Abercrombie to Toney River and I couldn't possibly be more pleased with their work. They came to our aid on very short notice, worked extremely hard in 30 degree weather to make sure everything was done up to their high standards, and overall made the process so easy for myself as a first time home buyer. Rod Densmore built a 36x72 ft. ICF home for me in 2006, on the golf course in Stewiacke, and he and his crew did a fantastic job. The house was a large bungalow on heated slab. I would absolutely employ Rod again for a new ICF house. Gary White
