To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.

Fast friendly showed up within minutes vehicle was newer and clean the driver was pleasant and did not talk my ear off

always had good service from Hamilton Cab. Drivers are usually friendly and helpful. Recently I left a very expensive tripod in one of the cabs. Though the driver had picked us up from a public area, he came back and took the time to find someone who would be able to get it back to us. The staff and dispatchers were also very helpful to us when were realized what had happened and tried to locate the tripod.

My husband recently lost his wallet in a City Cab. We were pleased to get the wallet back with all contents including the cash. We have always been loyal City Cab customers and will continue to be.
