I have been coming to O'Haira's for over two years and I have never been that faithful to a salon before in my life. The staff and the service are the best. They are friendly, helpful and honest. They go the extra mile for their customers - I didnt have an appointment and they still fit my car in on the same day even though they were slammed. I highly recommend them, its the only place I will ever take my car.

Wow! I have had botox at various clinics, from Kamloops to Kelowna, in the last ten years. This clinic is miles above the rest. The staff is professional and friendly and the actual botox procedure was painfree, bruise free and very very well done. Unlike every other clinic, Dr Venter used a new needle for each individual insertion. No icing was needed and I am very excited about the professional quality of the results. I highly recommend this clinic for the latest technology and treatments

Absolutely the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable people Ive ever had the pleasure to visit. Ive been treated so well, Ill never go anywhere else. They have free delivery and came all the way to my house, which isnt close by. They were kind enough to sit me down and show me how to work my new blood tester, as well as explain dietary advice and how my prescriptions work. Just so precious, all of them.

I was looking for a specific tree I couldn't find anywhere in the okanagan. BMN offered to look for the tree when picking up an order in the lower mainland. Upon their return from their trip, they called me with the good news and agreed to hold the tree for me for a week without payment until I could make it in to pick it up. Great people.
