Just had my whole family in for their check up and my son needs glasses...he was nervous about having glasses but Aunalee and Dr. Eng were so great that the nervousness turned into Excitement. Outstanding service and warranty! Just previous to end of warranty, my frame malfunctioned. The Courtenay store staff rose above and beyond and supplied a brand new frame and lenses at no cost!
