Emmons and Mitchell Construction Limited (E&M) was incorporated in 1957 by Edward (Ed) Mitchell and Donald (Don) Emmons and has been successfully engaged in General Contracting, Project Management and Design Build Projects since its inception. Both Ed and Don had a steadfast belief that their business success depended on providing quality workmanship, delivered on time, and on budget.
