Excellent work on our shower door by Johnson Glass & Mirror. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and arrived on a Saturday morning to analyze the problem and fix my misaligned door and glass panels. Expert and reasonably priced work done by a professional who really knew how to solve our problem. An exchange of digital pictures was a very simple way to see what they could do for me. Can’t believe what happened! I need a small piece of glass with polished edges and looked for someone in my area. Never thought anyone would bother to want to do a piece 12.5” x 12.5” but I called anyway. The president actually called back and said they didn’t do anything that small but he would take a look to see if he had some leftover pieces, cut and polish it for me and give me the piece at no charge!!! Unbelievable! Thank you!

I ordered some heavy glass for a couple of cabinets a while back and I continue to be impressed with the quality of product I received for a very reasonable price and a very short wait. As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy. I will recommend this business to friends and colleagues in the industry and I will surely return for my next project.

recently had an issue with side window on chevy hhr.went down halfway and stopped.I noticed the sign on victoria park gentleman was just finishing a vehicle.He did a quick check then pulled the door panel and noticed a slight bend on the track,straightened it put panel back on and told me to have a great day.Although it took only a few minutes his experiance and customer service will encourage me to return and recommend this location in the future. thanks dc
