What an amazing company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them as they went out of their way to repair our shades not even purchased there. Exceptional Customer Service.
We have 20 plus blinds which we purchased from this store over 20 years ago. I recently had a minor problem with one blind. I took this blind to the store looking for advice. The store took my blind and sent it out for repair, which was done at no charge and back to me in 4 days. This is outstanding Customer service !!!
