I have been coming to Mississauga Toyota for service ever since purchasing my 2018 Toyota Corolla LE in 2019. Every time I bring my car in for service the staff is amazing and does there best to inform me of the best course of action. Today, in particular I had the opportunity to work with amazing individuals, Antonio, Edwin, Juan, Jodi and Katrina. All of them were very helpful and went above and beyond with it being the Saturday before Thanksgiving weekend. A big thank you to all of them!

I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.

Since mid-2017 until now - 7 years of Service Excellence from Bill P. (Service Manager) has motivated me to keep having our Mazda CX5 serviced here, eventhough it has been past its warranty. And although many automotive shops have been offering their low-cost services to our family.
And that's because Bill is the type of leader that foster great ties with his customers and colleagues. In fact I dare say, that many times I've felt the exact same treatment from him, as from my family members too.

I took my 2017 Chevy Volt in for its 5yr coolant flush(this particular vehicle has 3 separate coolant systems). My service adviser Jeremy was polite, attentive and did not try to sell me something I did not need at the moment. They performed the service and my car was ready for pickup at the promised time for a lower price then what was originally estimated. They even plugged it into a battery charger and was fully charged for me. What else can you ask for. Fantastic service department.

Bought my first car from this dealership and let me tell you, the service was absolutely amazing!!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful, it was a great experience. We wanted to switch off from Kia not because of the brand, which we loved, but because of the mediocre customer service. Tried Kingscross Hyundai for the nice reviews and now I can attest the dealership really lives up to its reputation. Nina Dagdag was our salesperson and I cannot recommend her enough. She was kind, efficient and even helped us to change our deal after we signed it. Almost two years after making business with Kingscross, I still think they're a great dealership

I went there for service after long time on Dec 9th. I got a good service advice, and their technician has good knowledge. They fixed my Kia spectra 2007 model car with reasonable price. I think, now I can go there for service regularly.
