Great service! From the time I called, until my fridge was repaired, I was very pleased with the service. The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions. Waited a week for the part to come in, which I felt was acceptable. Excellent service from Greg (the manager). I ordered some sale merchandise that was to be picked up and brought to me on Prince Edward Island. The person who was to do that did not get it done....and Greg took care of seeing that it was charged at the sale price and packed it for my chosen courier. I call that above and beyond!

Six purchases over the past ten years and very happy with it all. Frig,stove.washer,dryer,couch.table and chairs, two sets of box springs and mattress. Delivery guys brought in the new and took away the old,which was a big help.
