I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. I contacted the Stoney Creek store, electronically with a question. Joseph responded very quickly
He answered all my questions and then suggested that since my location would result in expensive delivery charges that I shop locally but be sure to ask for the energy rebate.
I did purchase locally and thanks to Josephs suggestion, saved over $200 due to the rebate.
Thanks and I will shop at this store when I am in the area.

Last year I had a problem with a dewalt tool, was very satisfied with the way things were handled. I was originally worried, but was relieved when I went back into the store and they took care of the problem

After dealing with fridge issues for over a year including calls to two other companies, my fridge finally works. The repair technician found the issue immediately-a swiych that had not been flipped. Will definitely recommend to others.
