Very satisfied. This company does outstanding jobs which requires skills and experience. At the year beginning our basement started leaking, we had wet feeling inside that spread over the whole house. We invited many companies some of them even couldn’t check the whole damage properly. Royal Work was the only one who's price was Ok and they were able to prove me the leaking spots. As I couldn’t wait long they arrived in three days after signing the contract.

Had a great experience with Dave and Gemil. They repaired a large crack in our foundation that was leaking water whenever we had a big rain storm. It was a big project, took about 7 days where they dug out the foundation and applied several layers of waterproofing all the way down to the bottom of the foundation. Communication was great and the workers were on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with waterproofing or foundation issues in their basement.

Back in 2010 we had a serious moisture problem in our 1860 stone foundation, log home. We worked with this company and they came up with a relatively simple solution, of a commercial dehumidifier, that solved the problem. Then in 2016, we had another building with the same problem, so we went back to this company and bought a unit for that building. Both units continue to work well and do what they are supposed to do.

DBTI has built many great ECHO System finished basements over the years. All of them have depressurization versus exhaust flow rate values that exceed our minimum requirements. To my knowledge there has never been a call back. This takes quality, honest workmanship, something I know you can count on from Bill Walls every time.

I had a problem with my main drain pipe being plugged and called another company to fix it. They put a camera in and found that tree roots had gotten into the pipe and blocked it. They wanted $8700 to fix it. I then looked for someone else to fix it and found Grieco Frank & Peter Contracting. They wanted only about half the cost. The other company said it would take all week to do it, but Grieco did it in only 2 days. The other company wanted me to pay everything up front with my credit card while Grieco billed me after they finished. I'm sure glad I found them - they saved me a lot of money.
