Fast; efficient, timely. No bells and whistles upselling, just good old-school "tell-you-how-it-is" information. No pressure on buying anything other than what you need. 10 days to build my 1250 gallon septic system completely, was much appreciated. I did have to neaten up a bit before laying the grass seed, but I guess that is what's expected. Pricing was very competitive too.

The crews represented Paul's Basement Waterproofing very well. I truly appreciated the extra things they did for me while in my crawlspace. My husband and I contracted DC Basement and concrete to repair a broken sewer line and install a water jet back up sump pump. The work was completed professionally with attention to detail and our interests were at the forefront. We scheduled the job to coincide with my husbands vacation and the work was completed during that week as agreed.
