Had my eaves updated after replacing the siding and Ken was able to accommodate me when other companies would not even return my calls. He made some great recommendations about the downspout locations and performed the work in a clean and efficient manner. His price was also extremely reasonable. A few years ago we made a sudden purchase of a condo. We received the possession while on vacation in Jamaica in February. I live in a rental apartment and there was a flood from the suite upstairs . The bathroom ceiling got damaged and a large water stain on popcorn ceiling in hallway outside of the bathroom, showed up . Brad repaired and painted the bathroom ceiling and fixed the water stain on popcorn ceiling . You can't even tell that either ceiling had water damage . Amazing work Brad, thank you !
