Our home is very old. Because of that we were very picky to choose a company that we are going to work with, and had several estimates and different prices. Last estimate we had was from Vinyl Window Pro. They were very professional answered all of our questions. Installers were very clean, fast, and really professional and the new bay windows look fantastic.. Very happy with the work that was done.

Did our entire condo complex (42 units) in multiple phases over a few years in Canmore. The prices were better than direct from the manufacturer and we got the personal touch of a small business. Not a single complaint from any of our owners. It was a seamless process and we were happy with the end result. We had canadian choose windows placed into our trailer in late feb and in order to get there bate picture had to be taken well it took until april 18/18 to have the final pictures taken and now we have to wait another 6 weeks for the rebate,and we were also told at the time of ordering our windows where they were single pane and replaced by triple pane with a rebate of close to 900 -1000 dollars rebate now we have to wait for another 6weeks and were told maybe getting $600. Sad not happy.

I built a new home a few years ago, requiring over 80 windows!. The seal in one of the windows just failed recently and they came out and replaced it free of charge. Their response was timely and the installation went smoothly. Excellent service. Aside from this one window, I've been very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use their products again.
