been using that store for years. new location is great. they now have M&M meatshop products.
I m very cheap...lol. when i shop around they consistently have lower prices then everyone.. they will order any product from the website. takes a few days within a week.
I wear my mask as it is my personnal choice. some staff have them some don t I respect their choice as they respect mine.
I d rather not shop there...for personnal reasons tbh...but my cheapness outweigh my personnal feelings.

I am very pleased with the recent installation of numerous windows in my home. Bill and Jared were professional, courteous, punctual and kept a very clean work environment. The windows and one door are of top quality and reasonably priced. My experience with this company has been completely positive from the initial consultation to the finished product. Installers Steve and Borin arrived on time, and with smiles to install 6 windows at our home. What a great job! Not a rush job, just a great thorough job. Kept us informed at every step. Both techs were highly skilled and completed a quality installation both inside and out. We will be requesting Steve and Borin when we have additional work done next spring.

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. His patience and professionalism went above and beyond. Thank you Lawrence

Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.
