Installers Steve and Borin arrived on time, and with smiles to install 6 windows at our home. What a great job! Not a rush job, just a great thorough job. Kept us informed at every step. Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. His patience and professionalism went above and beyond. Thank you Lawrence
