The Staff is always friendly, helpful and happy. They will go out of their way to find what you need. The store is always well stocked and very clean. If an item must be ordered it comes in as promised and quickly. Returns are handled quickly and with as little fuss as possible. Our Go-To hardware store.

The staff meets me with a smile, immediately. Sometimes I have troubles explaining what I need, but she persists until both of us are sure. But that is ok, I can bring it back if it isn't quite right.

South West Renovations did a wonderful job of installing a new door and five new windows in our home. We also had South West Renovations install a cedar ceiling above our deck and insulate the attic space above. The job turned out beautifully as well. I recommend South West Renovations to friends, family, co workers and the general public whenever I get the opportunity. They care about the work they do!!!

VERY HAPPY with the service I got just last week with a broken window. Dropped it off in the morning and much to my surprise it was ready in the early afternoon - WOW! Workmanship seems good.
