Ed was quick to respond to my quote request, setting up the first meeting & getting the quote to us. In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. The whole process was easy & he really listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. We couldnt be happier with our new garden door & they even went the extra mile and installed a handle similar to our front door when one wasnt provided. The attention to detail is incredible!

I contracted Tony to renovate my basement suite apartment. Excellent quality work at a fair price. Since then Tony has repaired a cracked foundation, done a complete renovation of the upstairs bathroom, installed new Kitchen counter tops and referred me to an excellent roofing contractor and the best company for installing a new driveway. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I will continue to use him in the future and highly recommend his work.

Luigi has made aluminum parts for me to install onto eavestroughs for my customers. He does excellent work, and can make eaves diverters to stop overflow over the eaves, sells quite a few colours of aluminum, and has supplies for me. It has really helped me to have his services. We have been using Dedicated Windows for about 4 years now and we are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of their staff. We live in a high rise with aluminum windows, difficult to remove, but Chad does a beautiful job of removing windows and screens and cleaning them until they shine. Desis did a great job replacing the siding on our house. They were able to work right through the very cold and windy weather.
Upon removing the old siding it was evident that there was minimum insulation. Desi re insulated the walls and we can already feel the benefit.. I wish we had done this years ago.
All in all a great job by Desis.
