Did a head gasket job on our young son's 4Runner three winters ago. Our son was living alone in Revy and the head gasket was a very big problem, is several ways. Well Tom, the owner, took care of it. We have never had better automotive service - and at a VERY fair price. .. Outstanding!!! Could not give a strong enough recommendation.

Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)

It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!

BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!
