Phenomenal service. I needed a same-day engraving done. I asked every other shop in the mall if they could do it-to no avail. Walked into X-Press, first, greeted with the warmest staff / owner. Explained my situation.The owner called her daughter who was busy at home to see if she would come to the store that day to do an engraving on a silver cross. Within 1 hour the job was done! I was searching everywhere in the GTA for an Amber gem ring but couldn't find one. Finally, I tried Dubai Jewellers and was so happy because I found it! Class act! Purchased beads online and when they arrived I was thrilled with the quality. From the day of purchase to delivery was 4 days. What I saw online did not do justice to what I received.
