Phenomenal service. I needed a same-day engraving done. I asked every other shop in the mall if they could do it-to no avail. Walked into X-Press, first, greeted with the warmest staff / owner. Explained my situation.The owner called her daughter who was busy at home to see if she would come to the store that day to do an engraving on a silver cross. Within 1 hour the job was done! Exquisite work,and phenomenal service provided. That is what you get with a family run business exemplary service

Igor, the first time my friend Sharon told me about her amazing experience she had when she went to lgor store I told her I was going to bye myGrandson a gold necklace for his 25 Birthday she said you need to go see Igor. So I did when I went to the store it was like he new me for years he treated me like family do you need a drink or candy or coffee. He can’t do enough to make your visit pleasant so he said take your time picking the necklace for your love one. When I left the store I happy ??

I was searching everywhere in the GTA for an Amber gem ring but couldn't find one. Finally, I tried Dubai Jewellers and was so happy because I found it! They not only had the ring I wanted, but they also resized it right there for me. They even polished my wife's bangles for free. Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!

This little jewellery stand has a great variety of beautiful jewellery at terrific prices. The owner is so nice he goes above and beyond helping his customers!!! I bought a medic alert bracelet from him and he custom sized it for me. He also made arrangements for engraving and had a rush done on this service. Thank you!!!

Very reputable jewellery store, have been their customer since the early 90s at the Markham and Lawrence location. The gold I bought from them then is still like new, never any issues with the quality of the gold. Now a days in every corner there is a jewellery store but these guys have been around since way back in the 90s
