The process of choosing diamond stud earrings for my wife's 50th was rather stressful until I contacted Paolo at Pacific Diamond Co. in Vancouver. I was sent 3 gorgeous sets of diamond studs, and my wife had the time to choose the set that suited her the best in the comfort of our home. I took my ten year old gold Concord watch in to have the battery replaced. Not only did Andy replace the battery but he also polished the watch band to make it look new again. I have had many complements about how good my watch looks. Nobody thinks it is ten years old. Thanks Andy.

Excellent customer service. There was a miscommunication between the store and the gemologist to the tune of $700. I, as the customer, was not asked to pay any part of the repair bill. Can you imagine any other store doing that? I've had them do other work for me previously, always totally satisfied. Great bunch of people working there. My dear, late friend loved working there a few years ago.
