Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. No air and it was Canada day weekend during a very bad heatwave. I called J&S not really thinking anyone would get back to me until after the holiday. Was pleasantly surprised when Ryan called me back and although he had a lot of calls he would get me in the next day, holiday Monday. I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. We used the company when we were living in Brantford. He hooked up gas lines for two outdoor barbecues, plus a gas range.
We just moved to Hamilton. Gas line to outdoor barbecue, gas line to gas range, a sub panel for the circuit panel, correction of electrical hazards and finally installation of a range hood (required cutting a hole in the kitchen to the outdoors) were all performed . ONE contractor.
All work was meticulously and professionally performed with no shortcuts.

I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.
