In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. Mr Chow is very professional and helpful. He is friendly and knowlegeable,he explained in details on how to maintain the machine etc. Literally, he brightened my day when I called him last week during heat wave. He quoted me a good price even when the demands were extremely high during the week. He delivered and installed the new AC on same day. It is a top notch good brand American Standard 2.5 Tonne.
