I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. The team of Chuck, Jay and Doug arrived as promised. Great teamwork. I witnessed a professional installation being carried out. The guys endured (lol) all my questions and all went well. The new A/C instal went well outside. Chuck spent time setting up the furnace just before he demonstrated it to me. This York furnace runs so quiet. Im fussy!
