Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. I would certainly recommend this business.

Kevin came quoted first and then came back to install an outdoor gas line for my fire pit. Very reasonable price. Kevin listened to what I wanted, is easy to talk with and had great ideas for making it look neat. It looks and works great! Couldn't be better.

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

Excellent company for all our Heating and cooling needs. Go to company for Furnace repair and Air Conditioner repair/tune-up. We have used Ardent to service our Furnace and Air Conditioner. We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

Great service. They solved a problem with a air circulation unit (no power to switch) and were able to move a thermostat for better access (innovative approach). Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!

Glenn came by in short order and fixed my AC unit which was on the fritz. The thing I love about this company is how honest they are: He suggested that the AC unit could last up to another 10 years and a new unit wouldnt save all that much money. $250 instead $2500+!
They had also installed a new furnace a few years back so I knew they were the first one to call.

We chose Summers and Smith to install our new equipment last year and have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service we have received. Not only was the installation completed professionally, but their follow up work is fantastic We had to use them for an emergency service call over the weekend and the technician was prompt, and accurate in their diagnosis. Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff.
