Had my eaves updated after replacing the siding and Ken was able to accommodate me when other companies would not even return my calls. He made some great recommendations about the downspout locations and performed the work in a clean and efficient manner. His price was also extremely reasonable. Pleasantly surprised with the extra effort that was put into our finished build. Kyle beautifully finished our floors, taking the time to cut divers fir every rib in the wall so that the flooring perfectly fit all edges and ribs, creating a snug fit. Great work!

A few years ago we made a sudden purchase of a condo. We received the possession while on vacation in Jamaica in February. We spoke to Mario prior to leaving and advised him of our needs to get the basement finished prior our tenants moving in on April 01. We need a bathroom, a bedroom, a utility room and yoga area and a living room in the currently unfinished basement.
