Had an overall inspection done on 2 houses before deciding to buy one.The inspection was very thorough and professional. Brought in a severely broken wrought iron patio table leg. Being cast metal, the broken area was shattered and missing pieces of metal.
They were able to weld it and restore it to new looking condition.

Five years ago Vantage Builders renovated a condo bungalow that we were going to move into. Recently, we had a problem with a decorative, brick wall that they built. I phoned them up and they immediately agreed to come and see the problem. Within weeks it was fixed up at no expense or aggravation to us. You could not ask for better service.
