Your technician, Brodie, spent no time at all determining my dryer issue. He showed me the problem and gave his recommendation for repair. Once I agreed to proceed, he had the parts handy, and job done in no time. You can see he has worked in this field a long time. Very professional and likable. The BEST service, period! I called in the late morning and described to Lori-Ann an issue with our washing machine. After determining a possible cause and whether or not they had the part in stock, she arranged for Daryl to contact me. He arrived later that same day (we live an hour outside of Lloydminster) and repaired the washer without having to use the new part. He was quick and yet very thorough, clearly explaining what he had done. I strongly recommend D&L. Super service = satisfaction! ?

Our Frigidaire washing machine shut down and we were referred to Aptco by the original retail company. It was a very complicated repair and Aptco did not give up in finding the source of the issue. They ended up taking the washer to their service centre, replacing all the major components, and because it was no longer under warranty, only charging a fraction of what the final bill should have been. Happy with the service and outcome? You bet! Thank you Aptco!

I have received excellent care and service at this establishment for years. 4 Elements has helped me rehab from a bad car accident in 2019 and I enjoyed going so often that massage & physio are now part of my self-care routine. Excellent service from the time I called, I went in they had exactly what I was looking for they delivered the washer and dryer promptly and the delivery guys were great they hooked up the set and went through everything and explained all the options on the washer. Great delivery Cody and William. Definitely will be back when I need another appliance

Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.

TALKED WITH ONE OF THE TECHS ABOUT A REPAIRMAN AND EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT SUPPLY THEM, HE WAS WILLING TOI DISCUSS THE MODEL AND ISSUE AND WITHIN MINUTES HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFULNESS HAS SAVED ME A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR. New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. But thankfully for Trail appliance(west end) to come to the rescue, not only for a fridge , but a stove my wife wanted. Do not get we wrong it was not easy dealing with a cranky lady of the house. They understood and came to help us. As well with a very quick delivery. That is service at its best
