Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.

We were really well served by having ‘Sylvain’, a service technician from Cosmo-Tech Services Inc., this morning to investigate a puzzling leak under our dishwasher. He identified the faulty components very, very quickly—and had a repair plan planned out within minutes. The replacement parts are now on order! I have purchased numerous appliances from Corbeil. The staff are helpful in assisting me to select the appropriate appliance. Delivery has been quick and courteous and they call before they arrive. I have had deliveries to my cottage as well as to my home. Appliances were held for me when an apartment they were going to was not ready. I will go back to Corbeil- handy, helpful and excellent delivery of undamaged appliances.
