They are very professional and very honest. I ask them to come
to my home to repair my Bosch dishwasher. After talked with them, they told me it is not my dishwashers problem and the problem is my drainage pipe. They told me how to fixed it and I did as they told me. The problem was solved and cost me zero penny.

Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.

later, they called and said there was a cancalation for the same day, and sent the tech very soon.
The machine was fixed within two hours ( it looked like it was a very complicated job ... )
he didnt charge me anything over the price he quoted me ...
the machine is now fixed and works like new!
