I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. 3rd time coming here for exhaust work. Hands down best service around. These guys do quality work and are very reasonable. They will even bring you into their shop and let you hear different exhaust setups before they install anything. Ali is the man when it comes to exhaust work. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. Mitch the Manager is also great to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I am actually very surprised with other people’s reviews because I have always had a great experience. I have gone to other mazda deal ships in town for service they are horrible I would never go back but PARK never disappoints

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.
