I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood. hanleys plumbing is great company. rob has bailed me out of some very difficult situations at an extremely reasonable price and under some very trying circumstances. He wasted half a day of work returning a pump, that through no fault of his didnt work. So on this job he went and bought the pump, installed it, it worked for one week. he came back, took it out went back to the store where they gave him the runaround for a few hours. he finally got a new one and installed it. No charge!!

Had a terrible time trying to find a quality plumber for reno work in the area - seems they were all only interested in easy jobs. The crew jumped right in! They reviewed the options and went to work. We could not be more pleased! Showed up on time & did pro work. No surprises! Looking forward to having them back for the second phase of our project.
