A few days ago, our well water system failed, apparently due to a waterlogged pressure tank. I called Pipeworks -- I'm a new customer for them. Glen said he could be out the next day at 7:30 am. He arrived exactly on time, and had the system fixed in about an hour, at a reasonable price. I'll be calling him soon for some "non-emergency" plumbing jobs. I am VERY satisifed with Pipeworks!

Fantastic service. Got me out of a jam last winter. The guys that came to the house were great, really helpful. Provided me with heaters when they needed to wait to get my new furnace in. Cleaned up after they left. Started up the furnace this fall, and runs like a dream.

Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. happy with the service from Caldwell Plumbing, told us we could do it ourselves, but as we weren't confident enough and afraid we would screw it up, we hired them, he fixed our problem, offered info so we could repair ourselves should it happen again. Friendly service...THANK YOU!!

Great experience with Brad and Roy on a drain scope, I felt bad because unforeseen circumstances extended the time frame, but they didn't charge extra. Would give them a 5 but their machine had some glitches and the audio failed to record, but at least they showed up.

Awesome service ! Don & his son have done plumbing for me & I can honestly say, I’ve never met more professional & polite tradesmen, great work & pricing. Always good for a few laughs during their visits. My dad lives in Millbrook & they came all the way from Whitby to fix his problem, within a couple of hours not days ! Friendly, punctual and professional.Reasonable hourly rate. We had a leaking sink and very slow moving drain. Aaron went down to the basement first to have a look at the plumbing. He immediately saw the problem that was causing the slow drainage. The plumbing was not done correctly for the first owners. He fixed the leaking sink that day and scheduled the replacement plumbing in the basement a couple of days later when he was free. The bill for that was a couple of hundred less than his estimate
