I just wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the wonderful work that JC Waterworks recently completed in our home. Not only did Jamie fix our running water leak in upstairs toilet but changed the innards (plumber talk) of the downstairs bathroom sink faucet on his first visit. We then discussed changing the sink in our kitchen and the cost, etc. which he finished last week. I now actually look forward to doing the dishes. Just kidding! I would highly recommend them!

I had what I thought was a plumbing emergency. I called Steve the owner and a young man was at my door in less than 20 minutes during this pandemic. He did what needed to be done and I was an extremely happy customer in less than an hour. This was not my first time using Steve Co. The owner is great and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable, not city prices. Great job gentleman.

Absolutely best plumbing service in Georgetown area. I have used the service of Arka Plumbing for the last three times I had plumbing issues. Service technicians always describe what the issue is, allowing the customer to make the decision on repairs or installations. The pricing is upfront no surprises. We dealt with Ali recently to help fix some issues left by a previous company. Ali was professional and amazing from answering the phone to the time he left our home. He went above and beyond for us. I needed venting for a kitchen, laundry and upper bathroom sink reconfiguration done. Tim and his apprentice Jess were amazing and friendly!
